MoversHere is a research and planning platform. Company directory entries are public website summaries. Offers and confirmations inside the planner are fictional training examples; no booking, payment or external CRM delivery is performed.

Account and workspace data

We store your account email, display name and a password hash. Move contents and uploaded document contents are encrypted in the database. Case titles, access relationships and reminder metadata are stored separately. Use fictional details in the practice workspace and avoid uploading sensitive personal documents.

Sharing

A move is accessible to its owner and accounts that the owner explicitly adds. Viewers can download its contents; editors can also edit the passport. A mover-response link shares selected offer details and questions with someone who has both the link and its code. Previously downloaded copies cannot be revoked.

Documents and cookies

Document processing runs on the application infrastructure, without sending files to an external AI provider. Documents uploaded to the public estimate tools are processed temporarily and are not stored. Links to company and government websites lead to services with their own policies.

MoversHere uses the following cookies and browser storage:

• Essential session cookie: keeps a signed-in account secure and is used only after login.
• Cookie preference: remembers whether you selected essential storage only or allowed analytics. It expires after 180 days.
• Optional analytics identifier: a random first-party browser identifier is created only after you allow analytics. It is removed if you later choose essential storage only.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can accept or refuse optional analytics without losing access to the site, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Tool analytics and shared reports

If you allow analytics, we count starts, completions, report saves and quote-request clicks with a random browser identifier. These first-party events do not contain document text, email addresses or U.S. DOT numbers and are deleted after 90 days. A comparison report is created only when you choose to save it. It contains structured findings, not the original documents, and its private link expires after 30 days.

Retention and limitations

Saved versions are retained to preserve the decision history. Resetting a training move does not erase earlier versions or attachments. The platform does not yet provide self-service account deletion, email verification or email-based password recovery. For removal requests, contact the project operator who shared access with you; keep your own copy of important records.
